To assist our Lending Manager in successfully applying for your loan he/she will require the following information and documentation.

• A recent tax assessment notice
• Current records of your salary and other income
• Your employment history
• A letter from your employer stating income and service
• Proof of identification - passport, drivers licence etc
• Details of your current address and previous address
• Bank account statements for the past 12 months, savings and loans
• Details of your current financial position Assets/Liabilities

These will help us establish your salary which in turn will assist us in determining the amount you can borrow.
