Hi Dawn, I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciated your excellent service during my recent house purchase. I found your company through a Google search so I wasn't really sure what to expect and was a bit nervous using a company that hadn't been recommended to me by a friend. I really appreciated how you took the time to explain the various processes involved with buying a house - from the ins and outs of putting in an offer, checking the section 32 for dodgy things, how to pay the cheques to the right people on the right days, etc etc. I was quite apprehensive about the process but your advice gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.
